Monthly contributions may vary for households with tobacco or cannabis use; current terms are disclosed during enrollment.
Your IUA is the amount you pay per medical event before the community shares eligible expenses. Lower IUA = higher monthly contribution. Household memberships are responsible for no more than three IUAs in a rolling 12-month period; after that, additional eligible Sharing Requests over $500 have no further IUA.
All rates are monthly contributions for Zion HealthShare Direct Membership. Rates effective January 1, 2027.
